Visualization Game Part II

Now that you had some time to practice the game with the kids or friends, lets take it up a notch!

Remember how I said, with a few attempts you will become better with time.. so, now lets try a little different spin….

As you have capture a picture to visualize now find a short one or two paragraphs on something historical. Ideally a detailed battlefield scene which describes the two opponents. Read it, and then try to see it in your mind with your eyes closed. Have your child or partner do the same.

Next steps:
1st step is observe and discuss what the author covered in the scene.

2nd step is to discuss what the author left out.

3rd step, when you get real good at this is to identify the conflicts or confusion the author left the reader with…
