Let’s take FIFA World Cup Spain and Holland for example..
The first tool allows you to select Spain or Dutch Flag
The second tools is one which you can select one of three colors:
Green or Yellow or Red….

WHAT DO I SELECT?
So you selected flag = SPAIN
The you select a color! Green, Yellow, Red
If you select Red…. The tool displays….

RESULTS are simple!
Green= Good
Yellow = Not Good, Not Bad
Red = Bad
================================
Lets say your looking for all the bad (=Red) material, plays, stuff
looking for all the good (= Green)
Looking for all the questionable stuff (=yellow)
Life should be simple so why not, keep it simple…. for all?
